   Quick Start Program
As soon as you become licensed our Basic Training starts. No, this is not "boot camp" but the training covers your basics and helps you overcome "First Timer Syndrome". You will learn what to do the first time you need to complete an Offer to Purchase, The first time you complete a Comparative Market Analysis, the first time you you have a listing appointment etc. As with anything new, the first time can be nerve wracking, especially when you are dealing with large amounts of your client's money. We will eliminate your anxiety by preparing you in advance for all of your responsibilities before you encounter them for the "First Time".
  Mentor Program
Our quick start training will have you hit the ground running but nothing beats experience. Our Mentor program is designed to place a new agent with an experienced agent as an intern. You will be able to see how a successful agent works first hand as you go with them on actual appointments. You will watch the agent demonstrate negotiating prowess and people skills required to complete transactions live in real time. This is not  a reality TV show... this is reality.
 

Core Training
This training program is very extensive and runs for a three consecutive months. This program covers all aspects of a sucessful Career in Real Estate including Time Management skills, Money Management skills, Negotiating skills, How to conduct an open house and creating balance in your life. The main focus of this program is to train you how to "work by referral ". Working by referral will allow you to grow your business continuously while minimizing your marketing costs. Diligently follow our program and before you know it you will be Leading The Good Life.
